Risk Disclosure

1. No Guarantee of Execution

Shadow Clone does not guarantee that any trading signal will be successfully received, forwarded, or executed. Multiple factors can prevent or delay trade execution, including but not limited to:

• Network interruptions between TradingView, our server, your browser, or Tradovate
• WebSocket disconnections
• Tradovate API rate limits, downtime, or changes
• Token expiration between renewal cycles
• Browser or Extension crashes
• Insufficient margin or account restrictions

2. Execution Delay

While Shadow Clone typically executes trades within 200 milliseconds, actual execution time varies and may be significantly longer during high volatility, network congestion, or system load. Slippage may occur between the intended price and the actual fill price.

3. Prop Firm Policy Risk

Using automated trading tools may or may not be permitted by your prop firm. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using Shadow Clone complies with your prop firm's rules and policies. We are not responsible for any account violations, suspensions, or terminations resulting from your use of the Service.

4. Multi-Account Risk

When executing trades across multiple accounts simultaneously, a failure in one account does not automatically prevent execution in others. This means you may end up with inconsistent positions across accounts. You are responsible for monitoring all accounts.

5. Leader/Follower Risk

The Leader/Follower copy trading feature relies on intercepting WebSocket messages from the Tradovate web interface. Changes to Tradovate's web application may break this functionality without notice. Follower trades may fail while the Leader trade succeeds, resulting in position mismatches.

6. System Availability

Shadow Clone is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. Server maintenance, updates, or failures may interrupt the Service. You should not rely on Shadow Clone as your sole means of trade execution.

7. Software Risk

Shadow Clone is software and may contain bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. While we strive to maintain quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee the software is free from defects. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Financial Risk

You may lose some or all of your investment. Shadow Clone does not provide financial advice, and no information provided by the Service should be considered as such. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

9. Acknowledgment

By using Shadow Clone, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, and that you accept all risks associated with automated trading signal relay. You agree that Shadow Clone and its operators are not responsible for any losses incurred through the use of the Service.
